In the Middle Ages, there were 17 mills in the Oison valley, owned by noble landlords. Today, the Moulin Amour, named after its last miller, is the last one in existence.
Its bucket wheel was reconstructed in 1992, based on the original wheel. At this time, it's the only one known of in Eure. The stones grind organic seeds to make wholemeal flour. You will love the authentic flours milled on the premises.
